Wellington Rugby Football Union are delighted to announce Codec “Software for Business” as a sponsor for the Wellington Pride in the Bunnings Warehouse 2024 Farah Palmer Cup.

2023 was the first year of sponsorship for Codec, backing the number 16 jersey for the Wellington Lions.

Codec specialises in the design and architecture of new software systems, application development, enhancements and support for various sized companies throughout New Zealand, and has done so successfully for over 15 years.

WRFU CEO Tony Giles welcomes Codec’s continued partnership and their services to support the union’s software business requirements.

Wellington Pride Coach Fusi Feaunati states “It has been a pleasure to meet with Codec’s CEO Al Moore and ascertain we have strong similarities for building high performance teams. Creating an environment where each team member can grow and thrive is common to us both, and which Al has done with great results with the Codec team and their clients”.

Al Moore says the Codec team are extremely proud to be sponsoring the Wellington Pride this year.

“The opportunity to have our brand associated with our regional team/s, both men and women, along with other community and sports sponsorships, is something our staff proudly boast and enjoy.”

“We look forward to being part of the Wellington Pride journey and the related development of pathways for women in rugby.”
