Mills Albert Wellington Pride name side to take on North Harbour
The Mills Albert Wellington Pride are refocused and ready to take on the North Harbour Hibiscus this Sunday, at Porirua Park.
Pride Head Coach Fusi Feaunati has made several changes to his side this week, as they look to regain momentum following their first loss of the season against Manawatū.
“We’ve taken the opportunity to learn from our loss and refocus our attention to how we want to play against North Harbour,” Feaunati remarks, “The team has taken ownership, and I’m confident we will bounce back with a performance that brings positive results.”
Tess Woldring moves to the starting lineup this weekend, with Angelica Schwencke looking to provide impact off the bench. Sophie Irving and Anyis Drossaerts-Lake also make it back in the starting XV, at lock and loose forward respectively.
This week marks a potential debut for young Petone lock, Eva Maora, as she looks to provide impact off the bench.
Ivana Samani comes back into the fold on the wing, with Keira Su’a-Smith getting her first start at fullback. Drenna Falaniko also gets her first start in the midfield, alongside Petone teammate Monica Tagoai.
