Wellington Rugby Community Rugby Award Winners 2019

On Wednesday evening, Wellington Rugby celebrated its 2019 Club season with the 4th annual Community Rugby Awards. Held at the Pipitea Marae, more than 200 members of the Wellington rugby community and guests celebrated the years achievements. 30 Years of Women’s Rugby in the capital was acknowledged and the Pride’s Amanda Rasch capped off an impressive club season with the Women’s Player of the Year Award. Lions halfback Kemara Hauiti-Parapara walked away with the Billy Wallace Trophy as the most outstanding men’s premier club player for 2019.

Tawa club stalwart Kevin Pulley was acknowledged for his outstanding service to Wellington Rugby with the Lifetime Contribution Salver.
